Returns

At Rêveries you always have the option to return the order. The possibility of return applies for 30 days for all non-personalized items. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please ensure that you return the items unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging and keep the return receipt in a safe place until we have fully processed the return.

Most jewelry from Rêveries is personalized and made especially for you. These items are not eligible for returns. If an error was made during the production of your item, we will of course look for a suitable solution together. 

Returns
• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped.

• Please contact our customer service. They will process your return.

• Please include your order number and add photos of your item so that we can help you as best as possible.

• It is important that you carefully check the returns form that you receive from customer service and return it together with the item. Unfortunately, we cannot process your return without this form. 

• To qualify for warranty of the items the Care Guide of interest.

Conditions
The possibility of return applies for 30 days for all non-personalized items. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. 
Only unused items that are in the same condition that you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded: 

• Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts, and where this is not our fault

• Aitems that are not returned within 30 days of delivery

Refunds 
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We'll also let you know if we've approved or declined your refund.

If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

No refunds can be given on discounted items.

Dispatch
The shipping costs for returning the item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. When you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you send us an item valued at more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance.
